Subject	When driving with HICAS is it normal to feel a swaying?

Message	Hi everyone I just recently got a 96 tt. I heard supposely hicas starts at 40 mph. I wanted to know when you are on a highway it seems like the car sways in the rear. Is that a normal feel with the car or is it possible I need inner or outter tie rods to stop the swaying feeling. Thankyou
